My role is to manage processes behind the scenes so that you can channel your energy into meeting your goals. I am located in our Chicago office, and I oversee the daily operations across our locations and via telehealth. I am your resource for questions about billing or insurance and can assist you with documents or forms.

As your typical first point of contact with our team, connecting you to the right provider is my priority. I recognize that it may not be easy for you to reach out for help, and I appreciate that you could feel urgency perhaps because of a recent event or maybe challenges have gradually come to exceed your coping. My goal is to create an experience in which your needs and preferences are heard and honored while guiding you through the process of beginning services.

A well-managed practice is key to delivering compassionate and high quality mental health care. I bring a passion for organization and problem-solving and thrive on creating smooth, efficient operations that support both therapists and clients. I am also a strong communicator, with a friendly, laid-back style and a collaborative spirit, and I enjoy working closely with the team to foster a positive, warm, and collegial environment.

I view my role as being the vital bridge connecting therapists and clients, and ensuring you feel supported on your path to greater wellbeing.
